All About Gas Ltd opened for business on 2nd August 2004, however, the experience of its staff goes way further back than that!
Tim Moulds, the Managing Director of All About Gas Ltd, has over 30 years experience in the gas industry. Having left the travel industry to seek a new career in 1987 he started working in the gas appliance sector for Gas Flair in Hull, and was soon working and looking after the Sheffield & Leeds showrooms. After gaining the experience in appliances, he began to wonder who would supply the parts should they breakdown!
Having started three other local spare parts companies, in 2004 he decided together with wife Angela to have a go himself and All About Gas Ltd was born!
Although the initial intention was to supply spare parts only, due to the price, knowledge and service provided to our customers we soon were getting boilers, radiators and fittings enquiries. Therefore in 2006, 2 years after opening, we needed to move into larger premises and took Sandra on board to help with the gas side of the business.
Following more and more plumbing, bathrooms and full system sales, in June 2009, it was time to bring in Phil. With Phil trying plumbing work from the age of 12 and then being a plumbing apprentice for 4 years, he knows the job inside and out. He worked previously for just the one plumbers merchant alongside Paul for 23 years, who joined us in September 2009.
Fast forward what feel like too many years to count and here we are now!
Supplying everything under the one roof that a plumbing and heating engineer requires from a PCB fuse or a tap washer to a full heating system or bathroom suite, all at competitive prices, but also supplied with a vast amount of knowledge and quite often ex-stock due to the very large range we hold.
